A Winner on the Go!The Open Championship

July21st 2012, Lancashire, England. Anirban Lahiri has made Major appearance in The Open Championship that is getting better with every coming day. The talented Lahiri who is just 25 years of age right now fired a hole in one at the par three on the way to a level par 70 at the Royal Lythem and St Annes. The total for the three days rounded off to 210.
This golf ace said that it did not stop at being just fantastic. With every move, it gets better and better. He also said that in the start of the game. He was very delighted and also mentioned that it is like icing on the cake. He shared that the fact that his dad was there around the corner and he was blowing kisses every now and then and these were some of the special moments that do not come every now and then.He has been rated amongst the next generation stars that has emerged from Asia and has won the Asian Tour twice. Just before his moment of brilliance, he had bogeyed the third and fourth holes before he found his first birdie in the eighth. He said that he walked up to the tee and made that birdie in the eighth hole which was very important for him. After this, he was in between the clubs again. He also told his caddie that he wished to take the ninth hole and when the ball went in,Birtish Open Championship everyone was so excited and he loved it.

Lahiri’s father who is a doctor in the Indian army has kept the golf ball which he used for ace. He shared that it was his fourth in his career in tournament play. He was sure that his father would not give away that ball to anybody and would think creatively as to what he wishes to do with it. He was elated that he has done justice to his game. He has played for himself and his country and is very satisfied with his performance.

He is regular in meditation that keeps him balanced during his game although the excitement that was generated during his good shots could not be well contained.
Jeev Milkha Singh from the same country wished that he could forget this day as he shot 76 all the way back on the leaderboard. He did not enjoy the game at all. He mentioned that there were a lot of bad putts and a lot of bad iron shots.
